1) Receive your orders from G
2) Go to the place where only EPF agents are allowed
Go near the signal tower and your spy phone will light up
3) Get the EPF hat inside ( You gonna need this for the laser maze )
4) Complete the laser maze
You can take the pin after you completed the first level of the maze which is easy
5) After completing the mazes, you will find Herbert's hideout! A note will come out telling you what to do next
Throw snowballs at the electric thing. XD

Now, build the Mini-AC 3000 around Herbert and you will complete the field-ops!
10 Months?! Nah, I think the "Operation : Blackout " will still continue because of THIS
That's right, Klutzy Escaped! I think Klutzy will save Herbert and continue to make the blackout on Club Penguin!
